Effects of Salvia Extract 20X:

The salvia trip begins quickly, almost immediately after smoking. The peak lasts for 5-10 minutes and then tapers off for another 20-30 minutes.   1. Grab a torch lighter/regular lighter and burn the salvia in either a tobacco pipe or a water bong. The water bong seems to work best because salvia smoke tends to burn the throat. The condensation from the water bong cools the smoke. Adding ice cubes to the water is especially helpful at eliminating the burning sensation. If you do not have a water bong, a tobacco pipe will also work. You can even roll a salvia joint by using rolling papers.
  2. Burn around 12.5 mg for strong effects. It is very important keep the flame on the Salvia Extract at all times while it is burning.
  3. Always use salvia in a dark and quiet environment. Also, when using salvia or other entheogenic substance, have an experienced sitter present. I ordered 10g leaves and 20x, because i want sure leaves would work – i heard SD is getting stronger the often u use and i hopped leaves alone would work for me anytime.     This is a very very powerful product compared to Salvia leaves and other salvia extracts. One advantage is that the quantity of smoke required to reach the effect is lower in comparison with leaves. But it is easy to take too much, which results in means being catapulted from the reality for 5-10 min.

    My girlfriend and I tested 70-100mg smoked in a normal wood pipe (not at the same time, it’s important to have a sitter for this kind of experiences). She was completely absent for 7 minutes, but the effect lasted around 15 minutes. During the effect she had the feeling to be in the presence of other beings, that showed to her memories of her life, she had the feeling of being in a place that was familiar to her but soon after that, she came back.

    In my case, I just remember having the time to put the pipe on the table and soon after everything was different, I wasn’t in my room anymore, I was in a very animated place, but there was a grey spot that became larger and larger until there were nothing left in my visual field, at that point my ego got destroyed and from that point, everything became a roller coaster with meaningful images and memories being display in front of me. Soon after I could remember what was happening, who I was, where I was and why I was felling all those things.
    It was amazing, we have tried it a couple of time since then, always a very intense but interesting experience, I highly recommend it at least once in life.

    20x did nothing for me except very subtle effects at 20-30mg. 90mg made me a bit delusional and 70mg was just enough to make things slightly wobbly. I definitely feel something but not enough considering the dosages I am taking. No hint of the stronger effects like visions and entity contact. I wonder if I have a high tolerance seeing as everyone is talking about getting blasted off from this reality, or if I got a bad batch with lower potency than claimed.

      It’s most potent smoked, and as much at once as you can similar to dmt, I did 0.2 grams with a little weed, snapped it and I was out of body. Be very careful with this method though as its very similar to dmt with this way of usage

    Imagine if you hired a crazy homeless man to write a 5 minute short film, starring you, and using only whatever happened to be on your mind for material for the show. Then you told him that he only had 3 minutes to write it. That’s what smoking salvia is like. I smoked it once, and made tea out of it twice. The issue I have with salvia divinorium is that smoking it is too much, and making tea is often too little. When I smoked it, I immediately forgot that I was tripping (same thing happened with the 10x). It was so incredibly strong and sudden, it felt like falling into a whirlpool and forgetting where you are. That’s my main issue with it. If I didn’t forget what was going on I might enjoy it, but it feels like it’s forcing itself upon you. Now for the tea. The high I got from it lasted at least an hour, and it felt nice, if not extremely subtle (if you’re wondering, I boiled about a teaspoonful of extract in a cup of water). It was pleasant and cerebral, but what ruined it for me was that the tea tastes absolutely rancid. I almost puked when finishing the cup. If all you had to do was drink it, it would be ok, but you have to swish it around in your mouth for like 20 minutes. I put lots of sugar and honey in it, but it didn’t help enough to make the taste very tolerable. This was just my experience, and salvia is different every time, but I won’t be using again. I’m really sorry that I’m giving such a negative review too, because this website is the greatest thing.

    It delivered the say it would, i used it and had a great few experiences. My girlfriend however……. At the end of her trip (when she still didnt know who she was) she grabbed the salvia and tried to flush it and put it in the trash while freaking out. She said there were “thousands” of them but i dont think she was talking about the salvia. I recovered .5 luckly cuz i had only had 1 trip on it and it was my first one. My other experiences were frightening but promoted ego death for me. I will be coming back and buying more i just have to make sure i hide it after she takes a big bong rip lmao.

      No 1 gram is too much, we recommend using 0.25 per use you can try and eye it. The 1 gram should last you a couple of times.

      No disrespect to the verified owner of salvia extract but if somebody smoked a quarter of a gram, 0.25 as you noted, you would be out of your mind. I recently tried about .025 in a bong hit and holy crap, this much will be a trip you will never forget!!!! A gram should provide about 40 high quality experiences!

    let me start off by saying that the salvia is very powerful and the product is of really high quality. So no problem there. But I just want to warn those who are interested in trying it, that you could easily have a bad trip. Due to the fact that a trip on salvia is nothing like anything else i’ve ever done before. It is nothing like other psychedelics. You completely lose all sense of reality and are literally transported to other realms/dimensions and you have absolutely no sense of reality. its all gone. i had a bad trip so to speak, but looking back it was pretty damn interesting and mind opening. i was being taken in and out of different worlds or dimensions and multiple realities. it is nearly impossible to explain. though there was something that was controlling me and everything else around me. very scary in the moment but also insanely mind opening. so overall the salvia does its job, but be prepared for a crazy ass trip. it doesn’t last long physically but mentally it felt like an eternity.

    Research conducted with pet mouse. Pet mouse applied ~400° F heat on a ~30mg amount in such an heat-resistant instrument. Within seconds, pet mouse had left to a realm beyond mouse-words aka non-physical-conscious, coming back from these ‘non-physical frequency vibrations lines’ ( quantum physics stuff) that were less than a second visible then these ‘vibration lines’ spaned out to width bands then came out the physical/territory/materialistic world as the average Joe calls “reality”back to reality”.     I had tried 20x prior to this and had some truly psychedelic Simpsons experience and another where I was liquid in a bottle being poured out and not being able to stop it. Tonight, I took a very small bong hit and sat down on my bed. Nothing happened. Disappointed, I tripled the load in my bong and sucked down a huge bong hit. I sat down on my bed again and before I could react I was suddenly standing at my toilet peeing, or so my mind told me, then I was barreled deeply in a stand up tube in Indonesia. I paddled back out and was sitting on my board peeing in the water. Next thing I knew I was sitting on my bed soaking wet with sweat and sitting in a puddle of my own pee. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Still now, an hour after I experienced this, feeling like I’m in another world. This stuff kicks ass, be careful. Can’t imagine what 140x would do to me!!! Better sit in the bath tub next time, washing sheets in the middle of the night sucks!!!!🤪

    I was severely depressed and suicidal when I smoked this product. What is the difference between Salvia 10x, 20x, 40x and 60x ?

What is the difference between 10x, 20x, 40x, and 60x ? What does it all mean and why are you paying so much more for Salvia 60x versus 10x. Salvia divinorum leaves contain Salvianorin-A which is what makes Salvia special and causes its hallucinogenic effects. 1 oz of Salvia divinorum leaves contains approximately 1.2 mg of Salvianorin-A, you have to chew 1 oz of fresh Salvia leaves just to get 1.2 mg of Salvianorin-A, which has very weak effects. Chewing Salvia divinorum leaves can be great if you are using it for healing purposes, but not for spiritual Quests. Central Americans that used Salvia divinorum in rituals had to burn a very large stack of salvia leaves for their shaman to get enough salvianorina-A to have his vision quests. Rest assured no bond fires required with Salvia Extracts.

We remove all the useless salvia plant matter and extract the active compounds redeposit them into a single gram. Lets take Salvia 10x  1 gram as an example, in each gram you will find 10 times what you find in 1 oz of Salvia leaves, it takes 10 oz of leaves to make 1 gram of Salvia 10x. Now compare Salvia 60x with 72 mg/gram of salvianorin-A it takes about 70 to 80 oz of leaves for 1 single gram. What is a Salvia divinorum experience like?

It is almost certainly not like what you expect. Even if you have considerable experience with other psychoactive drugs, you will find that salvia is significantly different from what you may have encountered before. Salvia divinorum is unique, and it is best understood on its own terms, and not by analogy with other substances. Salvia is not a recreational drug, rather, it is best used by those wishing to explore deep meditative states, spiritual realms, mysticism, the nature of consciousness and reality, or the possibilities of shamanistic healing. Experiences vary with the individual, set, and setting as well as with dose and route of administration. It produces a short-lived inebriation that is very different from that of alcohol. However, like alcohol it interferes with the ability to drive, produces incoordination (ataxia), and may produce slurred speech.

The inebriation, at low doses, can facilitate aesthetic and sensual appreciation. However, the experience is not marijuana-like, and salvia is not a marijuana substitute. At somewhat higher doses, visionary trances occur. The lowest level visions consist mainly of closed-eye imagery somewhat similar to the hypnagogic phenomena that many people experience when falling asleep. These tend to be two dimensional faint images. The term “eye candy” is an appropriate description of the interesting closed eye visuals that are not confused with reality. At this level communication with others is still easy and one can move about although clumsiness will occur. With a higher dose vivid visual images occur even with eyes open, and with eyes closed one may completely enter the visionary world, and it will seem quite real, but upon opening ones eyes one will reestablish contact with ones surroundings. Speech patterns may be interfered with and communication is difficult. At still higher doses, one remains conscious but completely enters an inner realm and loses all contact with ones actual surroundings. Some people may move around in this deep trance state and for this reason a sitter is required for anyone seeking to explore such deep levels. With very high dosage a brief period of unconsciousness or at least the inability to subsequently remember the experience will occur. It is useful to have a scale to describe salvia experiences. One such rating scale is based on the mnemonic S-A-L-V-I-A.

Maybe the scale can help me know what to expect. What’s the scale?

The scale describes six different levels of effects, each one more intense than the previous. The overall intensity of a salvia divinorum experience is scored according to the highest scale level attained during the course of the experience.

S-A-L-V-I-A Trip Rating Scale

  • S – SUBTLE effects > Level 1
    Feel a sense of relaxation and increased sensual appreciation. This mild salvia trip is great for meditation and may help with sexual pleasure.
  • A – ALTERED perception > Level 2
    Colours and textures become more vivid, your thinking becomes less logical, and your mind more playful. Enjoy a greater appreciation for sounds/music. No visions occur at this level.
  • L – LIGHT visionary state > Level 3
    Closed eye visuals (clear imagery: vision of objects and designs, pattern and colour distortions). The effects of open-eye visuals are similar to the hypnagogic phenomena that some people experience at sleep onset; objects in the room will appear to be moving, but are distinguishable from reality.
  • V – VIVID visionary state > Level 4
    Open-eyes: Complex three-dimensional realistic appearing scenes occur (e.g. having a birds eye view of a city with tiny people walking around in it).  Closed eyes: Enter a dreamlike/fantasy world where everything will feel real and indistinguishable from reality: Journey to other lands (foreign or imaginary), meet with beings (entities, spirits), time travel to other ages, live the life of another being.
  • I – IMMATERIAL existence > Level 5
    At this stage you may no longer be aware of your body (out of body experience). You will have some lucid thoughts but will have merged completely into the experience. You’ll loose complete touch with reality (where your physical body is and the room and people in it), experiences include: Merging with God/dess, tapping into your mind and/or universal consciousness, fusion with objects (merging with furniture piece)
  • A – AMNESIC effects > Level 6
    Loss of consciousness. The individual may fall, remain immobile or thrash around. This is not a desirable level, because you will not be able to recall the experience. For this reason a sitter is essential to ensure the safety of someone experiencing either Level 5 or Level 6.
