Cash on Delivery is a service that is only offered to customers that reside within the United States. If you place an order and select COD by error from a country outside the United States your order will be cancelled and we will notify you. We have put in place certain blockers within our site to restrict payment type based on geographical location, however, it is not full proof and may still allow users from outside the United States to select COD as a payment type. We have been subjected to an increasing amount of fraudulent orders.
We came to the conclusion that the problem was that we allowed different shipping and billing addressses. People using different names from the card issuers name and a lieu of other methods. Kids using parents cards or neighbours stealing their neighbours card information and buying easily tradeable and sellable goods. Even people using the card holders name but with different shipping addresses.
Every charge back is a threat to our very survival as a business. A typical merchant needs to keep chargebacks below 1% to keep merchant processing capabilities.
We have had to put a complete stop in allowing different billing and shipping addresses and we will not send under any circumstances to hotels, and motels. We will not send to names of people who are not the card holders. If your 18 and a normal person this should not be a problem, this is America even your debit card doubles up as a debit.

Q: How does e-check work?
A: The process is quite simple, on your end all you need is to get a check and input the appropriate information.
Q: How long is the processing time?
A: We first run your numbers through a verifier to ensure that the numbers are correct. Once we deposit the check it could take anywhere from 5-7 business days to clear a check. The larger the check the longer we hold the funds to ensure that the check does not bounce.
Q: Do you have a maximum that you allow for e-check?
A: For security and fraud prevention reasons we do accept payments above $300. Any payment above that amount will need to be made by Bitcoin/Litcoin (crypto payments).
Q: What happens if I place an order above $300 by e-check?
A: We will advise you first and work with you to adjust the order, but ultimately the order will be cancelled.

United States: Yes, we do charge for shipping and costs may vary based on weight. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Services). Shipping time frame depends on your distance from our warehouse, which is located in Idaho Falls, ID. Shipping delays may occur as a result of operational interruption such as weather and labor disruptions. We are not in a position to make any special requests to USPS. Allow 3-7 business days to receive your package. We do not guarantee arrival date of packages. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your package on USPS.com.
Other shipping options such as Priority Mail are available which are subject to a charge based on a fixed cost, which is calculated based on current USPS postage fees. Estimated time of arrival once order ships: 2-4 business days.
